Rooms at the Training and Recreation Centre "SOSNOWE ZACISZE" are rented on a hotel night basis.

Check-in: 12:00PM, check-out: 10:00AM the following day, that is when the agreed period of renting a room is terminated.

The payment for the stay should be settled on the arrival day.

Every guest receives a Residence Card on the day of arrival, which contains the most important information you are obliged to acquaint yourself with.

Registering of guests is conducted in accordance with the established regulations.

We practice a non- smoking policy, meaning, smoking is not allowed on our premises.

The Centre takes into account enquiries regarding extension of the stay, depending on availability.

The Centre must provide:

• a safe environment, contributing towards a risk-free stay,
• attentive and polite service,
• conditions allowing a pleasant, relaxing and friendly stay,
• room cleaning service during your stay (on terms agreed with the Centre reception staff),
• the possibility of arranging necessary repairs when faults are reported to reception, during the guest’s stay.

The following services are provided by the Centre on request, free of charge:

• providing guests with information related to their stay,
• “wake up” call at appointed time,
• assistance with organizing sightseeing tours and tourist routes,
• arrangement of a professional guide,
• enrollment and information on tours to Lwow, Lancut, Zamosc and other places, organized by the otourist agency ”Quand”, co-operating with the Centre,
• organization of green and white sleigh rides,
• additional insurance of participants in individual events (on request).

The Centre is not responsible for any loss or damage to property brought in by guests taking advantage of our services.

Visitors of the Centre should inform the reception immediately if they experience any inconvenience, discomfort or discover damage.

Guests should check if the door of their lodgings is closed, each time they leave the room. The key can be left at the reception ( if the room needs cleaning the reception should be informed by guests).

Lodgers are not allowed to avail the room to the third parties, even if the period of time they have paid for has not expired.

People, who are not residing on the premises of the Centre  can stay in your room from 8.00 AM to 9.00PM.

Silence is to be observed in the Centre from 10.00PM to 6.00AM  (except for the days when the Centre organizes parties, when reception will do their best to keep you informed  to avoid unnecessary inconveniences).

Due to fire safety, guests are not allowed to use tourist cookers, electric cookers, heaters, electric irons, kettles and other similar devices which are not included in the rooms’ equipment.

The Centre is pleased to inform you that there are glasses in each room and an electric kettle on every floor at your disposal.

The Centre reserves the right to refuse to accommodate guests who have violated the rules and regulations of the Centre during previous stays.

The Centre does not accept guests with pets, in case of introduction  animals to the buildings guests will be evicted immediately from the premises.

Guests are obliged to notify  reception about their time of departure, consequently, an authorized employee can confirm the receipt of the room.
