NORDIC WALKING ALONG THE BLUE ROUTE OF SZUMOW
There are excellent conditions for practicing Nordic Walking along tourist routes in Susiec. All guests are encouraged to perform this form of recreation, sport and rehabilitation. "SOSNOWE ZACISZE" Centre is in possession of a Certificate titled “Nordic Walking Guide” achieved on completion of a licensed course. The Centre is equipped with sticks for Nordic Walking. We train you on the marching method and give advice on safety rules.  We organize classes in order to instruct you on the technique of Nordic Walking for groups from 6 people and arrange a march along the yellow route of Szumow.


CYCLING AROUND ROZTOCZE
Trails, paths and wilderness, combined with the forest air, provide ideal conditions for even the most demanding cyclists. Everyone will find here an appropriate route for themselves, and active rest accompanied by forest birds’ singing will contribute to flying recovery.
Routes are safe and indicated. The course between Susiec and Tomaszow Lubelski has a separate path for cyclists.


WEEKEND IN SUSIEC DEVOTED TO LEARNING TO RIDE A HORSE OR IMPROVING YOUR RIDING SKILLS
We invite you to visit the beautiful land of "Roztocze”. It is also a fabulous place to call on horse riding centres located 16-20km from Susiec. The centres have experienced and well-trained in the saddle horses adapted to the skills of both children and adults, as well as experienced riders and those who never had opportunity to sit on a horse. It costs 25 -30 PLN/ per hour to ride a horse. Such experiences deliver unforgettable memories . Holidays spent in this charming and forested area are conductive to relaxation that allows regaining strength.


WEEKEND IN SUSIEC DIVERSIFIED WITH A TRIP TO LWOW (do not forget your passport)
SUSIEC is an ideal base for organizing trips to Lwow. The trips are organized by the Tourist Agency "Quand". The expedition can be booked at the reception of our Centre. We also present you with all the information needed regarding the trip. During the summer holidays we collect the tour’s participants from Susiec at 5.30AM,however, the departures out of season are organized from Tomaszow Lubelski at around 6:00AM.
For coordinated groups, both the time of departure and the place of meeting with other participants of the tour, are arranged according to your requests.
It is most likely that return from the trip will be at night.
The cost of the trip for individual tourists is 120 PLN, though, the group price is calculated on request.


CANEOING ON RIVERS TANEW AND WIEPRZ
We recommend taking advantage of canoeing trips, which are carried out on rivers: Tanew and Wieprz. You can also practice canoeing on the bay in Majdan Sopocki and Rudka Bay in Zwierzyniec. A small bay designed for boating is also offered by  Recreation Centre  “Roztoczanka” in Susiec.



SLEIGH RIDES THROUGH PUSZCZA SOLSKA
Susiec has excellent climate conditions and landscape for organizing sleigh rides through Puszcza Solska. You are welcomed to enjoy the sleigh rides during your weekends.
